In 2026, we’re building more than just momentum—we’re building a movement. That takes time, energy, and people power. In order to achieve our goals of electing Democrats up and down the ballot, it is important to strengthen the organizing infrastructure that will carry us through the midterm election cycle and beyond.
We need to build a deep bench of engaged volunteers who can share the load, play the long game, and help ensure everything we do meets the high standards our community deserves. Whether it’s organizing events, managing communications, supporting candidates, or just keeping things running smoothly—there’s a place for you.
This work can’t fall to a few. It takes all of us—many hands, many talents, one goal. By stepping up to join a team or committee, you’re investing in sustainable, strategic growth that doesn’t burn people out or leave potential on the table. When we share the work, we amplify our impact.
