The Democratic Women of Catawba County partnered with City of Hickory Alderman David Williams and his Plush Kutz Barber College to host a Spring Community Outreach Event on March 21st. For weeks, DWCC and CCDP members and friends collected food for families to prepare a complete and balanced meal. DWCC volunteers assembled the food into bags for anyone in our community to stop in and grab free. Each bag also had information about Democratic Women of Catawba County.
Alderman David Williams and students at his Barber College offered free haircuts to anyone who chose to participate.
